Jeff starred on the Varsity for Memorial High School for three seasons making the All City Team his Sr. Season. After signing with Kent State University, Jeff went on to Lead the Nation in 3 point Field Goal Pct in the 1992-93 season gaining All Mid American Team Honors and winning the AT&T Long Distance Award along with the Ed Stietz Award.
