Jim Dunlap has been a main fixture on the Basketball floors of the Tri-State for over four decades. Refereeing games at the High School and College Level. In his career he has refereed over 2,000 games including a few IHSAA State Title Games. Jim is also the Dean of Baseball Umpires in the Tri-State and has been instrumental in training many area umpires through his classes.
